About Linda

Linda JohnsonLinda Johnson RN, LCSW was a psychiatric nurse at Johns Hopkins for ten years before obtaining a Masters Degree in Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked in the public schools as a prevention specialist and as therapist in schools, community, and hospital settings.

Linda Johnson has worked extensively with children, parents, families, couples and groups. She is a trained bereavement and spiritual facilitator, and a PAIRS Leader. (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills.) Linda is also trained to teach the Active Parenting classes.

Linda Johnson is a member of the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists, American Academy of Bereavement and the National Association of Social Workers.
