When Linda was widowed in 1993 she participated in Active Parenting classes twice to get a grasp upon how to parent her two sons ages 6 & 7 years as a single mom. She then became an instructor for Parenting Classes and later went back to school to obtain her MSW. As a single mom Linda was able to gain the knowledge and skill to confidently parent her two boys. Linda is delighted to be able to teach the Active Parenting classes to parents from diverse backgrounds and constellations.
