Individuals, families and couples with conflicts, losses, and experiencing difficulties to manage the complexities of their life have benefited. These people have noted feeling more capable to move on and meet their challenges equipped with strategies and tools.

These strategies and tools are useful for, but not limited to: Stress, Grief-Losses, Depression, Anxiety and Relationship problems (including Parent-child). Linda has incorporated weight management strategies in therapy. The strategies reflect recent and past experiences including her teaching the “Y’s Way to Weight Management”.
